Hey guys -
When two of Tucker Carlson’s producers called me to ask what they needed to be looking for in that 40,000+ hours of January 6 video, I described to them video evidence of what would be the biggest of all J6 stories to date. If they looked exactly where I told them, and if they put it together with the background investigations I'd already done.
Most of you know that I have personally seen many of those unreleased Capitol videos, which is why Tucker's team reached out to me for direction. For unknown reasons, (though I can probably accurately guess), they passed on that particular story and instead went with one of my other suggestions: that of former Capitol Police Lt. Tarik Johnson, who Tucker featured on the second night of his exposé.
I prodded Tucker’s guys two more times to look at the ‘blockbuster’ I was serving up to them on a silver platter, but they never responded. Tucker did eventually have me on the show to talk about something else, though. (Which was very cool and very much appreciated . . . but, not what was needed.)
My attorney and closest advisors all tell me I’m the "only person" who can tell this story. I’m the only one who has seen all the evidence and connected all the dots. So, that’s what I’m going to do.
While the core investigation aspects are finished, I now have to back up the facts — about a mile deep and wide — by additional corroborating video research, conducting a series of key-person interviews, and spending quite a bit of time in DC during this process.
When the story drops, they are going to hit back hard, and I don’t have the might and resources of the NY Times or Fox News to stand behind me. Every single detail has to be perfect, and unassailable.
So . . . here’s the need:
The cost of this project is going to be in the range of about $25,000 to get it all finished. That’s the target number we need to raise.
We estimate it’s going to take about two months of personal work for me to tie everything up. I’m going to also have to bring in a couple of experts -- legal and technical -- to put together the presentation. The final story will be conveyed by both video and written word.
I’m trying to do this fundraising effort as “non-public” as possible. I’m not going to post this on Twitter, Facebook, or our other social media platforms. I’m not going to launch a GiveSendGo campaign. I’m going to keep this to only our Locals community, our mailing list, and my personal network. We’ve got enough people in that group to knock this out if only one-third of our Locals community made $10, $25, and $50 contributions.
But, unfortunately, that's not how these things typically work. Rather than "one-third" responding, it's usually only about "3%." So, we then have to hope a few of that 3% can help with larger contributions To that end, we’ve made accommodations for larger contributors to receive a tax deduction for their gifts.
Because my attorney is going to be heavily involved in this project, he is making his non-profit foundation available to receive contributions and make the necessary disbursements. While you can write a check — large or small — to the foundation, I’d recommend smaller donations still go through Locals, to help keep administration costs down. Here’s the process:
Please make checks payable to: FormerFedsGroup Freedom Foundation
Then, mail your check directly to me. (Don’t address the envelope to the foundation):

My attorney is setting it up for me to be able to make direct deposits into the foundation's account. They will then send out the tax-deductible receipts. We’ve decided to not use their electronic payment platform for these larger contributions, as the bank processing and admin fees will withhold too much that can otherwise be used directly in the work of this story. (We’re trying to keep all administration costs to a minimum.)
If you’re not concerned about tax receipts or prefer to use an electronic payment system, you can choose between either Locals or PayPay. Here are those links:

If this story goes the way we believe it will, we’re going to see the first major cornerstone yanked out from under the J6 house of cards. And that one is going to make part two of this process much easier to get to. (Yes, there will be a ‘part two,’ but I doubt we’ll need to seek private funding after this story hits.)
Special Note: If anyone needs to get ‘warm and fuzzies’ before stroking a large check, I can have my attorney reach out to you. Most of you already know who he is . . . Brad Geyer. You’ve probably seen my five-part podcast interview with him. He was Ken Harrelson’s attorney in the first Oath Keeper’s trial and he is also representing other J6 defendants. (And, Brad is a member of our Locals community.)
Finally . . . some of you may be wondering why I won’t reveal what this story is all about?
The fact is, some of our Locals subscribers probably already have it figured out, but now that we’re ready to get into the deep work, it’s best to remain as far on the down-low as possible until we're ready to go public. All I can say — for now — is this story could not only free innocent men now being held as political prisoners, but could also turn the entire January 6 narrative on its head. Frankly, this story will make Tucker's QAnon Shaman reveal look like Ted Mack's Amateur Hour, by comparison.
(Tucker's team should have worked with me on this!)
As I’ve already said . . . the investigation part is done. I finished that months ago. We know the truth is 180 degrees out of phase with the government’s narrative on this story. We just have to now dot every “i” and cross every “t,” as well as put together the technical presentation needed to make it bulletproof. Because . . . they are going to come back at me, hard. But, the video I’ve seen doesn’t lie. The truth is just waiting to be told.
I hope you can help us make this happen. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions.
Thank you all. I've only been able to get this far . . . so far . . . because of you.
Happy Easter,
Steve
